The project was the design and construction services for a new Healthcare Clinic in the James Bay area of Victoria, BC. The space consists of a large public waiting area, multiple exam & consultation rooms, and staff/operation spaces. Retrofitting the existing building with:

  • New rooftop mounted Makeup Air Unit to provide ventilation per CSA-Z317.2.
  • New Variable Refrigerant Flow system to provide space heating and cooling with ceiling mounted Fan Coil Units.
  • New Domestic Hot Water system with mixing valve and intelligent control system to prevent potential scolding.

The project had a compressed design timeframe to work with the tight construction schedule to allow successful opening of the facility in April 2020.
