The project was the design and construction services for a new Healthcare Clinic in the Westshore (Langford) area. The renovated facility included public waiting rooms, multiple exam & consultation rooms, and various staff/operation spaces. The existing building was renovated with:
- Replacement of 20 Water Source Heat Pumps to provide space heating and cooling for a Healthcare Clinic in an existing and occupied building.
- A new Domestic Hot Water system with mixing valve and intelligent control system to prevent potential scolding.
- Integration with the existing Electric Boiler and Cooling Tower Hydronic system.
- Phased Project with 3 distinct areas/zones and construction goal to minimize disruption to other building tenants.
