The project was the design and construction services for a new Primary Care Clinic in Esquimalt, BC. The space consists of a large public waiting area, multiple exam & consultation rooms, and staff/administrative spaces. The clinic was constructed in an existing commercial retail facility and utilized the following systems:

• New Variable Refrigerant Flow system to provide space heating and cooling with ceiling mounted Fan Coil Units.
• New Domestic Hot Water system with mixing valve and intelligent control system to prevent potential scolding.

The project had a compressed design timeframe to work with the tight construction schedule to allow successful opening of the facility in May 2022.
