The project interests are to backfill Natural Resource Ministries’ (NRM) staff occupancy at 2975 Jutland and renovate 3rd and 4th floors using Leading Workplace Strategies tenant improvement design. 2975 Jutland is a 5-story office building. Recently Ministry of Environment relocated staff to Victoria’s newly developed Capital Park. Subsequently, the 3rd floor at 2975 Jutland is vacant and significant vacancy on the balance of the floors. This project is to develop 3rd and 4th floors with a LWS tenant improvement design resulting in higher occupancy than existing design.
